Hi, I’m Bhavya Banga.
I am a B2B sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience working across market research, consulting, education, banking, and technology-led services. Over the years, I have built and scaled marketing functions, expanded into sales and channel partnerships, and worked closely with leadership teams on revenue growth.
For the last several years, my work has sat at the intersection of sales, marketing, partnerships, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows. I currently operate both as a leader and as an individual contributor, which keeps my thinking grounded in what actually works on the ground, not just what looks good in strategy decks.
Why this blog exists
This blog is primarily a thinking space.
I use it to document ideas, frameworks, experiments, and lessons learned while working with real teams, real targets, and real constraints. Topics here often include:

Outside of work
Outside work, I play table tennis and chess, enjoy the occasional game of cricket, and long walks with my family. I have also been working steadily on my fitness, with a slow but consistent weight loss journey that has taught me more about systems and discipline than most business books.
